開発当初、精密に作り上げられている腕時計に突板を使用すること自体、困難を極めました。薄皮状の突板は、時針と分針に影響を与えないよう、厚みを0.3ｍｍ±0.02ｍｍに調整しなければなりません。
そのため、Hacoaの職人が突板を貼り、磨き、厚さを調整し、文字盤を仕上げていきます。仕上げた文字盤は、腕時計の一大産地である香港に送り、卓越した時計職人がアトリエで一つひとつ丁寧に手仕事で組み立てていきます。外装は変わっても、スタイルは変わらない。+LUMBERブランドのベストセラーアイテムです。

By attaching real veneer to the dial of a stainless steel body and by using a real board with a different grain, we have created a watch that is the only one like it in the world.
At the beginning of development, it was extremely difficult to use a veneer for a precision-built wristwatch. The thickness of the skinned veneer must be adjusted to 0.3mm ± 0.02mm so as not to affect the hour and minute hands.
For this reason, Hacoa craftsmen add the veneer, polish, adjust the thickness, and finish the dial. The finished dial is sent to Hong Kong, which is widely known for producing watches, and the outstanding watchmakers carefully assemble them one by one in an atelier.
